Adobe Acrobat Reader (free) is necessary to view and print your license. You should check that you are using a version of Adobe Acrobat Reader greater than 5.2 to print your license. A technical issue has been identified with Adobe Reader X, Version 10.1.2 that came out about January 10, 2012. Version 10.1.2 may not work as expected in Internet Explorer (IE) when opening files from secure web sites. Using Version 10.1.2, you may receive a message the pdf copy of your license is loading, but it never completes the process and never opens. Please note that this is not an issue with any of our systems. Adobe fixed this problem with Adobe Reader X, Version 10.1.3 that came out approximately April 10, 2012.
To determine your version of Adobe Reader, in Adobe Reader go to “Help” on the pull down menu and select “About Adobe Reader.” In Version 10.1.2 the version number appears at the bottom of the screen.
