Fish Species: Largemouth bass, bluegill, redear sunfish, channel catfish, crappie, brown bullhead.

Water: 68 lakes encompassing 525 acres of water.

Note: One lake, 50-acre Lake Paradise, has been CLOSED TO FISHING while repairs are being made to the spillway and trash rack. The lake will be drained completely and restocked beginning in late fall.  It will take 18 to 24 months after the spring bass stocking in 2008 before the lake can be reopened. DNR personnel are relocating quality fish to other PFA lakes. THE OTHER LAKES ON THE PFA ARE STILL OPEN.

Facilities: Restrooms, picnic area, concrete boat ramps, primitive camping, fishing pier, boat dock, some facilities accessible to persons with disabilities.

Directions from Tifton: East on US Highway 82 for 8 miles to Brookfield. Turn right onto Whitley Road and travel approximately 100 yards; take the first left onto Brookfield-Nashville Road and travel 1.5 miles. Entrance to area is on the left.
